On Thursday evening, we welcomed Emily Pearce from Massey University who spoke to Year 1 to 8 whānau about Developing Mathematical Inquiry Communities (DMIC).

In an effort to support students in reducing their swearing at school, middle school students Paige, Noah, Taylor and Connor are running a school wide campaign called 'Dare not to Swear'.

For the last two weeks, Rooms 5 and 6 have been looking at their new maths theme, Fractions.

This term, the middle school classes are learning how the universe was created. They are studying different ideas from around the world. Students will then turn these into story books and share these with junior classes.
