As Wellbeing Wednesday wraps up for 2023, ākonga had a beautiful day to spend their weekly hour on activities promoting their well-being. 🧘 🎨 🎶


The amazing Kapa Haka group were sounding fabulous under the leadership of Mr Metcalfe. Yoga with Ms Blanchard took on a relaxing bent; those wanting a quieter pastime were crafting with Mrs Schaar or journalling with Mr Purton. The remainder of our ākonga blasted away the cobwebs playing softball with Mrs Frost or Basketball with Mr Robertson.

This hour a week has proved valuable to our students in balancing their school work with some time out to do something they enjoy.
