Kia Ora again, everyone!

This week, the school feels a buzz with preparations for the upcoming Southern Area Schools Sports Tournament at Waiau. Students have been busy doing practices every lunchtime for all the sports and Kapahaka and skit practices during dear time. I’m sure they will all do incredible things in their sports and bring home plenty of success!

Last week, the Yr 7-10s had a soul talk presentation, which is always interesting. And this week we have had the M4 Employability program, the year elevens have been on a multiple-day barista course learning to make some great coffees. There has been some netball skills training as well.

The Netball and Basketball teams have started the season well, and it's been awesome to see so many people watching them play amazingly in both the boys' and girls' leagues!
