Ākonga in M3 have spent the end of Term 3 and the start of Term 4 learning about technological outcomes and creating a distinctive soft toy owl that is uniquely theirs. The owls were made using recycled woollen blankets and students had to meet certain specifications that included their owl having eyes, wings and a tummy.

Many students pushed their creativity and added diverse features and used a range of fabrics to give their owl that special 'something'. It is very pleasing to see M3's ability with hand and machine sewing improving all the time.

Everyone should be very proud of their achievements and the mahi they showed.
