This week, 85 students from Twizel Area School joined schools from Omarama, Waitaki Valley, and Duntroon to compete in the annual Upper Waitaki Cross Country at the Omarama Sale Yards. 🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏃‍♀️


It was an awesome day and fantastic to see all the children seeing their friends from other schools. This year was a little different to previous years, and involved hill climbs for all ages. Every student that participated should be extremely proud of themselves.

We are currently still waiting to hear which students and ages qualified for the North Otago Primary Schools Cross Country. We will be in contact with those parents when more information becomes available.
