Study Leave

• First Day of Study Leave is Thursday  31st October
• Students who are still to complete standards will be required at school on Thursday 31st October until such time as their work is completed - your teacher(s) will advise you if you fall into this category.
• You have been emailed a TUTORIAL TIMETABLE where you may come into school to work with your teacher at timetabled times in preparation for your external exams, use these tutorials to your advantage.
• If you are at school for Tutorials or to complete work you:
  • Are to be in correct school uniform
  • Must sign in at the office when you arrive and sign out at the office when you leave.

Exams

• When you are attending exams, you:
  • Are required to be in the correct school uniform
  • Must bring your exam admission slip
  • Must sign in at the office when you arrive.
  • If your exam finishes BEFORE 3 PM - you must sign out at the office. (if your exam finishes after 3 pm you do not need to sign out)
  • No phones or smartwatches
  • Pens and stationery in a plastic bag.

Final Assembly is on Friday 13th December at 10.30 am

• All seniors are required to attend in correct school uniform.
• Please arrive at school at the normal start time on this day - you will use the time to clear out and clean your lockers, return classroom texts to teachers, return all library books, and help teachers clean up their rooms.

Those Leaving Twizel Area School for Good

• Complete a Leavers Form - you can get one of these from the school office; you need to take it to all your subject teachers to sign off.
• Ensure you have returned all library books
• Ensure that you do not have any outstanding payments on your school account.
• Ensure your locker is empty and clean.
