A Warm Welcome to Term 2Term 2 has started with great enthusiasm, with students excited to reunite with their friends and teachers. As the weather begins to cool, we kindly remind families to dress students appropriately for the changing conditions. Please ensure your child has a warm school jersey or jacket on hand to stay comfortable throughout the day. We also recommend our new softshell jackets—they are both warm and stylish.A big thank you to all the parents who have been labelling their children’s clothing. It really helps us return lost items more easily.iDeal Structured Literacy in the Junior SchoolWe are excited to be implementing the iDeal Spelling programme across our Junior school classrooms (with the exception of Room 7). This programme forms part of our Structured Literacy approach, which our teachers are actively developing through professional learning with the iDeal team. This professional development will continue throughout much of the year, supporting our staff to deliver consistent, evidence-based literacy instruction to our students.Kai Warmer Service for Terms 2 and 3We’re pleased to announce that the Kai Warmer will be in operation during Terms 2 and 3.
