Throughout the week they got to meet new people, explore different genres of music and perform in their bands: Lily was a vocalist and Louie was a bass player. The students were given mentors who helped them with their songs and bands to prepare for the concert. 

They also got to take part in activities such as an escape room, which Lily’s band won!

Overall, I was glad to have the new experience and get to try and perform in a different and challenging environment.
