Wednesdays are an opportunity for students to participate in various activities designed to promote a healthy mind and body. There's something for everyone, from yoga, to kapa haka, to chess. 🧘‍♀️♟️


Some students enjoy the peaceful practice of yoga, finding the stretches and breathing exercises to be both calming and invigorating. Others have taken up the challenge of learning to knit, relishing the opportunity to create something with their own hands. Meanwhile, chess has attracted those who enjoy exercising their minds and problem-solving skills.

Wellbeing Wednesday is certainly a great hit, and I'm sure it is here to stay!
