Head Student Louie Skinner has news about upcoming sports events as well as a reminder for our senior students.

Kia ora and welcome everyone to week 3. It’s been a busy few weeks after getting back from the school holidays.

Good luck to the 12 students who will be attending the upcoming Aoraki badminton champs this thursday. I know they are looking forward to it and I hope it's a great trip for everyone.

There are a few events taking place next week. Teachers will be busy with the NZASA (New Zealand Area Schools Association.) Conference that goes on for three days in Christchurch. There are some students that have been selected from Snow Club who will be going next Monday to the Aoraki Ski and Snowboard Champs, which are races that will be held at Mount Dobson. Good luck to all.

The last few games of both netball and basketball are happening at the moment before getting ready for the big finals. The Netball girls had a successful bake sale and non-uniform day this Tuesday to help them fundraise for their tournament happening around the end of August.
