A dedicated group of Enviro Club members took a trip to Shaws Hardware this week, to carefully assess the equipment and tools required for our upcoming term.

We've been eagerly awaiting the arrival of term 4, as it marks the ideal time to kickstart our environmental club activities due to favorable weather conditions.

In term 4, we have some exciting plans in store. Firstly, we will be offering two convenient time slots for participation: during lunchtime and from 3:15 to 4:00, once a week after school. Our agenda includes planting new flowers, conducting engaging experiments, and educating ourselves on how we can make a positive impact on our local community.

To ensure your child can join in the fun, we will provide permission slips at the beginning of term 4. We kindly request that you complete and return these slips to the office at your earliest convenience. The official start date for Enviro Club will be in Term 4, during week 2.

Additionally, if you happen to have any gardening tools or equipment that you no longer need and believe would be suitable for our junior participants, we would greatly appreciate any donations. Your contributions will go a long way in enhancing our club's activities and overall experience. Please contact Desiree Hooper, Room 9 teacher, either after school or email [email protected] if you have any further questions.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to an exciting and eco-conscious term ahead!
