The first day began with getting to know the equipment and how to put it together, communication and technical words. The second day was all about measurement and constructing a bridge!

They had to fit certain criteria. Some examples of this are:

• A 400mm wide structure must span the 2.5m wide river.
• A 700mm tall object must be able to pass under the bridge.
• No part of the bridge touches the river.

The team that fulfilled the most criteria was Team 6: Zavier, Fletcher, Jacob and Tia.

The challenge then continued with Caveman Cars (see them in action below) and Swings.
