Uniform Updates

Our uniform refresh continues:

2025 Updates: No major changes this year. Soft-shell jackets and house-coloured PE shirts should now be available.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’ll begin the transition (over 2 years) to the updated uniform once NZ Uniforms have completed the sale of our stock on hand, with ample crossover time to ensure flexibility for families.

Education Changes (Effective 2025)

The New Zealand government has introduced significant updates:

  • Implementation of structured approaches to teaching reading and writing in Years 0-3
  • Use of the updated English (Years 0-6), and Mathematics and Statistics and (Years 0-8) curriculum content
  • Make changes to attendance expectations:
    • Use of the revised attendance codes to record daily student attendance data
    • Daily attendance must be reported to the MoE every day schools are open for instruction
    • Respond to every absence and address barriers to attendance and learning using the draft STAR (stepped attendance response) framework.
