Students had to work as a team to think about and execute a strategy.  Some students created a square-like tower, and some groups created an Eiffel tower-like structure.  It was truly intriguing to watch the team dynamics in the groups. Some students adopted the cheerleader job of cheering the rest of the team on, some students became the leaders, and some students were the builders or the supporters of the structure.

This was a great experience that the students really enjoyed.
