Room 5 students have been working on a project centred around the theme of "Do the right thing!" The project is focused on utilising information and communication technology (ICT) and is designed as a challenge for the students across the Junior and Middle School classes.🎥

To begin, the students divided themselves into groups of three. Each group was tasked with planning, filming, and editing their own video. The process of creating the videos has been exciting and enjoyable for everyone involved, including both the students and their teacher.

Although there has been only one attempt at creating the videos so far, the students have learned a great deal from the experience. They have acquired new skills and knowledge related to video production, demonstrating their ability to adapt to new technologies and explore creative approaches to convey their message effectively.

Interestingly, the students have also had the opportunity to share their knowledge with their teacher, Miss Sargeant. They were able to teach her a few things about video editing or other aspects of the project, showcasing their enthusiasm and expertise in utilising ICT tools.

Looking ahead, the class is eagerly anticipating sharing their completed work with Nicki Tempero, who has been collaborating with them on this project and will be working with them when she is in class next week. The students are excited to showcase their videos and demonstrate the progress they have made since her last visit. Their enthusiasm certainly reflects the rewarding and collaborative nature of this project, highlighting the positive impact it has had on their learning journey.
