This week, eight enthusiastic Physical Activity Leaders (PALS) had the exciting opportunity to attend a PALS workshop day in Timaru.

This hands-on event equipped our students with valuable skills in leading and managing physical activities, ensuring they can run fun and engaging games for their peers.

Throughout the day, they learned how to adapt activities to suit different groups, gained strategies for handling conflict and behavior challenges, and discovered a wide range of new games to bring back to our school community. From teamwork to problem-solving, the workshop helped develop leadership skills that will benefit them both on and off the playground.

We can’t wait to see our PALS in action during lunchtime activities—get ready for some fun and exciting games coming your way! βš½πŸ€πŸˆβšΎπŸπŸ
