Students from Years 4 - 10 participated this week in an international Computational Thinking Challenge called Bebras. The competition is an initiative aimed at promoting Computer Science and in particular Computational Thinking (CT).

The students were involved in problem solving and used various concepts to break down complex tasks into simpler components.  CT is part of the new Technology curriculum and is compulsory for all students from Years 1 - 10. This competition is an excellent way for students to demonstrate their knowledge of algorithms, pattern recognition, and abstraction.

Results from this competition will be known in the next few weeks.
