The class had the unique opportunity to see the construction progress up close and meet some of the hardworking crew bringing our new learning spaces to life.

In preparation for their visit, the students created drawings to present to the workmen, who were thrilled to receive them. The highlight of the day came when the students were invited to sit in the diggers and ask questions about the machinery and the work being done on site.

To top off a memorable visit, the builders surprised the class with a generous gift — a set of Tonka toy diggers to take back to school. A big thank you to the construction team for making the Room 13 visit such an unforgettable and inspiring experience!
