The TAS Rowing team are at it again!

We had a fabulous regatta on the Otago Harbour, racing in the Otago Secondary Schools Regatta. But before we hit the Water on Sunday, we were entered into the dreaded Indoor Rowing Competition. This is a grueling competition where you are pushed to the limits physically and mentally. All the kids excelled and were rewarded with their personal bests and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Jack Mclellan erg results were a standout, and Sadie Mason even broke records.

On Sunday, we woke at 5:30 am to a beautiful sunrise. Once again, Twizel performed admirably on the water, placing in every event they entered. Standout results on the water were from Ralph and Luka in the Senior Boys' Singles, both winning their race. Sadie Mason and Hazel Henderson blitzed the field in the Senior Girls' double, then were joined by Lucia Yates and Taylah Marsh to take out the competition in the Senior Girls' Quad. Sadie went on to smash the Senior girls' single with a clear win. Luka and Bryn Won their Intermediate Double with a lovely row down the course.

Jazmine - 6th in the U15 2k and 8th in the novice 1k
