Rippa Rugby Team Take Silver

Community Celebrates Rowers' Success

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate our rowers at the Mihi Whakatau this week. There were a lot of emotions on show with the rowers and coaches speaking of their experiences over the season, followed by community members offering their support.

Workshop Gets Students Jumpin'

On Monday, eight students from M1 and Room 5 had the opportunity to attend a 90-minute workshop with Brett Fairweather, AKA Mr Jump Jam, in Timaru.

Room 5 and Peer Mediation

April 4, 2023

Room 5 has started the training to become Peer Mediators. Their first 1-day session has been completed; the second session will be held next term. Once trained, the students will select whether they would like to take on the leadership role of Peer Mediator at intervals and lunchtime.

Portobello Science Trip

Ms Arkless and Year 13 student Monique van der Westhuizen joined other schools on the Level 3 Biology Crab Camp last week for 3 days of beautiful scenery, working on the behavioural responses of Half Crabs at the Portobello Marine Studies Centre in Dunedin. πŸ¦€
