Year 11 Healthy Birthday Party

A couple of weeks ago, we showed our Level 1 Food Students taking part in sharing normal party food that would be served at a child's birthday party. Since then, they have been planning and, this week prepared a healthier version of the same sort of party food, and they shared their party kai with Room 4 and Ms Sargeant.

Te Ana Rock Art Centre Visits TAS

This week, we hosted Rachel Solomon and Rosemary Clucas from the Te Ana Rock Art Centre in Timaru. They delivered quality student-centred programmes across all levels of the school to build teacher and student knowledge about the rich pre-European history of Te Manahuna (the Mackenzie Country).

Kindy Buddy Programme

As part of being year 5/6 leaders, our students will aid the transition for our kindy tamariki this year. Room 7 teacher Melissa Neill has developed a program to ease the transition from preschool to primary school for our Year 5 and 6 students and provide valuable support to incoming preschoolers.

Mosaic in the Market Place
