Raising Awareness with Breath Better September

Ākonga Perform Waiata for Twizel Community

As part of Te wiki o te reo Māori, our Kapa Haka group has visited the Market Place each lunchtime this week and performed a range of waiata, including Tū Tonu Rā - our school waiata, as well as a range of other popular waiata that we have been learning.

Room 5 Enjoy Their Day on the Ōhau Slopes

Room 5 enjoyed their day, skiing at Ōhau this week. They were fortunate enough to get above the inversion layer, to have a great day. Every student tried something new, and by the end of the day, everyone was able to ski down the Magic Carpet.

M2 | Geometry and Symmetry

M2 students have recently been learning about Geometry and Symmetry. Their task involved a creative and hands-on activity, creating their own unique pictures by employing various forms of symmetry, specifically mirror symmetry, slide symmetry, and rotational symmetry.
