It is crucial that we have up-to-date contact information for you in case of any emergencies or important updates that may affect your child's education.

In addition, keeping us informed of any changes to your address or phone number ensures that you receive important school-related information, such as newsletters, notices, and other communications. This information may include school events, updates on your child's progress, and other important announcements.

Updating your details through the SchoolBridge app or Web Portal portal is easy, and also essential that we have your most recent details on file. 


After logging into the SchoolBridge app or web portal, click the Your Details tab; this will take you to the correct page within the portal.

Caregiver Dashboard


Click the Edit Details tab on the right-hand side. You can now correct any details that are wrong, including name, address, phone number and email. Don't forget to 'save' at the end.

Your change will be sent to the school office to be verified.


Please note

Medical Details cannot be updated through the portal. If your child's medical details have changed, e.g., new medication, change of doctor or allergies, please contact the school office by phoning 03 435 0650 or emailing [email protected].
