Arts in Action is a celebration of all areas of Art, explored throughout the school and the local community in a variety of ways. Visual arts, drama, dance, and music.  Sometimes events are throughout the year and across year levels, based on when resident artists can be part of the school day and when visitors come through Twizel. 

During Labour week there is a focus on one or more areas of art, and this can include, in-school artists, visiting artists or dance, music, and drama groups. It can include visual arts in school and the local environment such as painting in the town centre, singing, parading, watching performances in the theatre and other similar experiences.
